01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User" or "Member") and mega38 ("Platform", "us"). These Terms govern access to and use of the mega38.bio website and all related services including the mobile app, sports betting platform, online casino, and e-sports.

03 User Account

05 Bonuses & Promotions

06 Betting Rules

All bets placed through the mega38 platform are subject to the game rules set by mega38 and the relevant game providers. Betting outcomes are based on the actual results of the relevant event or game.

• Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled unless an event is officially cancelled or restructured.
• In the event of a significant technical error in the odds, mega38 reserves the right to void the bet in question.
• In-Play Betting is subject to a delay, which is part of our market protection system.
• Maximum betting limits vary by market and game type. Check the limits when placing your bet.
• Mega38 reserves the right to refuse or limit wagering from any account without providing a reason.

For Live Casino games, decisions made by the live dealer are final. Any complaints regarding game outcomes must be submitted within 24 hours of the incident.

07 Prohibited Conduct

The following are strictly prohibited on the mega38 platform and may result in immediate action including account suspension and forfeiture of funds:

• Use of automated software, bots, or scripts to place bets.
• Manipulating or exploiting bugs in the system to gain an unfair advantage.
• Identity fraud or use of another person's personal information.
• Money laundering through the mega38 platform.
• Attempting to influence or manipulate sports match outcomes (match-fixing).
• Sharing or lending your account to another person.
• Using a VPN or proxy to conceal your actual location.
• Any form of collusion between players in casino games.

08 Account Closure

You may close your account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Prior to closure, all eligible balances must first be withdrawn in accordance with the standard withdrawal procedure.

Mega38 reserves the right to suspend or close your account under the following circumstances:

• Identity verification failed or information provided was found to be false.
• Violation of any section of these Terms and Conditions.
